Corporate onboarding

Corporates who want to know they are being considered, not filed

A corporate onboarding board: five stages from enquiry to onboarded, each company showing its owner and next action.
An onboarding board. Every company, person and figure on it is invented.

Enquiries used to arrive by email and die there. Now every organisation has a stage, a named owner and a next move with a date against it.

5 stagesnamed owner per accountageing on every card
  • Five stages — enquiry, qualified, scoping, pilot, onboarded. No “in progress”
  • A named owner — every company has one, and “unassigned” is visible rather than quiet
  • Ageing on the card — 21 days in enquiry turns amber, then red. Nothing rots in an inbox
  • The next move, written down — not a status, an action, with a date against it

NextGen Performance

Clubs that sell development and have to prove it — event onboarding and performance analytics, end to end

NextGen Performance screenshot
Four years of racing, one line per swimmer per event.

NextGen is an analytical club. We built both halves: the system that collects, and the system that explains.

Event onboarding. Registration, family records, consent and payment in one flow. Parents enter once and pay by M-Pesa on the same screen.

Analytics. Four years of timing exports, reconciled against the official results and reported two ways — the squad for coaches, one child for their family. Improvement scored against the norm for that swimmer's age.

  • Registration & payment — one flow for entries, family records and M-Pesa collection
  • Consent, versioned — what each guardian agreed to, and when, on record
  • Ingest — raw timing exports parsed field by field
  • Reconciliation — every result checked against the official PDF
  • Age-adjusted rates — improvement per year, scored against that age band
  • Two audiences — coaches see the squad, parents see their own child

EstatePay

Estate treasurers, committees, residents’ associations

A resident's phone: the service charge prompt, a pay link, and the receipt issued straight after.
The committee's dashboard: opening balance, money in, expenses out, and who still owes.
What the resident sees. A demonstration estate — every name and figure invented.

A resident gets a prompt, pays from the message, and gets an instant receipt. The payment reconciles itself against the right household, straight from the estate's own bank account. Arrears surface on their own; late fees apply without chasing. Collections rose 33%.

  • Bulk messaging — arrears and current bill, every household at once
  • Pay links — they pay from the message, in the moment
  • Auto-reconciliation — payments match themselves, in the background
  • Statements of account — a real ledger, not a reconstruction

HodiPay

Security companies that man estate gates

The Hodi gate tablet: resident lookup by plate, with in and out for each vehicle.
The back office. A demonstration security company — every name and figure invented.

Security firms were bidding against companies still using a paper visitor book. Now the guard gets a tablet that makes the shift easier, and the back office prices every gate and shows margin per estate.

two apps, one databaseper-gate billingmargin per estateno ID numbers held
  • The gate — a tablet the guard touches a hundred times a shift, so it gets used
  • The back office — revenue and margin per estate, which is why the company pays
  • Auto-reconciliation — a payment that cannot be matched is flagged, never guessed
  • No ID numbers — the gate rarely needs one, and it is the field that turns a breach into a serious problem
